Vinaigrette Dated
Close to Expired Salad Dressing?
I have Ken’s Lite Caesar Salad Dressing that has been opened for a couple months, it says: Best when purchased by date on label – June 11 2009.
Would you still eat it? How long is it good for?
I also have Kraft Seven Seas Red Wine Vinaigrette that is unopened and is ‘Fresh Until June 7, 2009′
How long do you think it is good for, if it even is?
I would always obey the expiration date because you don’t want to get sick. I would not eat the salad at all. open up the vinaigrette and smell it. then taste a little if it smells good and taste the same as usually then that’s ok butdon’tt eat the salad.
