Did somebody ever ordered from Pasternak findings in Israel?
Hello,
3 days ago, I have ordered Sterling Silver Wire for wire wrapping at Pasternak findings in Israel. So, this morning I’ve tried to reach them to add some other items on my order. The phone number on their site is not right… Did somebody ever ordered from them? I’m afraid a bit. They took the money on my credit card…

We are a bit surprised by your post as we were under the impression that all was well, we sent you an update when you asked to add to your more items order and informed you when your order was shipped so you would have the tracking details and be able to follow your orders progress all the way to your door, all this correspondence was sent to the email you gave with your order, did you not receive them?
if for some reason you did not receive those messages please inform us so we could fix it asap!
As for the phone message, we are hoping to fix the only Hebrew message to a bi-lingual one, and hopefully resolve the misunderstanding that obviously occurred.
