How much money should I take on holiday to Turkey?

I’m going away to Gumbet, Bodrum for a week in July for a clubbing holiday with a few friends. I’m wondering how much sterling to exchange.
I am normally quite good with money, not spending more than is necessary on meals and little extras like ice creams etc. I won’t be buying souvenirs either. I will need to pay for meals once or twice a day, and I will be going out clubbing in the evening so money for drinks is needed. I don’t want to take more than necessary as I am having trouble finding a job and am broke at the moment!
Also, do you know if you have to pay entry to any clubs in Gumbet? And what sort of drinks prices to expect? If anyone has been there let me know where’s good to go!
Thanks in advance :)

Normally Turkey is not expensive place for holiday but Gumbet( Bodrum) is a little bit different. Ttwice meals might be minimum 15 TL ( 6-7 sterling ). If you like McDonals, Burger King, KFC or Pizza Hut min. menu price will be 10 TL.
My advice to you is do not spend your all time in Gumbet. You can find tons of clubs, bars and pubs in city center ( Bodrum ).
Big percentage of clubs dont charge entry fee but some other huge discos like “Halikarnas Disco ” migth be charge. You must go this disco absolutely amazing :)
Beer fee is aprx 7-10 TL ( 3-4 sterling )
If you like alternative music Körfez Bar” is number one.
