Silver Foam
Underlayment question?
i purchased the Silver Series 3 in 1 underlayment but i dont know how i lay it down. its the foam with a silver foil backing. does it go, in order from top to bottom:
pergo, foil side, pad, subfloor?
or
pergo, pad, foil side, subfloor?
im just confused which side is up on this stuff. thanks for your help!
call the place where you bought it and explain to them where you are putting the pergo down. Foil can be used as either a heat insulator or a vapor barrier depending on how you apply it.
