Fussy 17 Month Old! What To Feed Him?
i try to make most of his meals from scratch so they are healthy for him. i usually make him things like :
Spaghetti Bolognese
Cauliflower Cheese
Shephards/Cottage Pie
Pasta and Meatballs
Chicken, Veg and Noodles
Jacket Potatoes with Cheese and Beans
Roast Chicken With Potato’s and Veg
Crunchy Golden Fish Fingers (Annabel Karmel Recipe)
I also try to give him a variety of fruit (fruit salad) quite often but he also refuses this aswell!
Most of the recipes i use are from annabel karmels recipe books, they taste so yummy but he just screws his face up, sometimes he wont even taste it, just wacks the spoon/fork out my hand. he likes finger foods, but he cant live off of them, he wont eat a proper meal.
i really dont know what to suggest am so worried.
Try not to worry so much. He will eat when and if he is hungry. You could try to make the food look more appealing to him by making it into shapes of things he likes such as a train, car, funny faces etc. Good luck!
