Really light sleep with extremely vivid dreams, help?
Lately, I’ve been having really really vivid dreams, but I’ve been sleeping really lightly. Whenever I turn over, I wake up and have a new dream.
Last night, I had one that was fairly similar to the night previous.
They’ve both involved my close family (excluding cousins and aunties and everything – just my,me, parents and grandparents. No brothers or sisters)
Last night’s included me painting my room, mainly my bunk-bed with red nail polish. I wanted to paint my ladders to the top bunk red, but my Mum’s dad said no. (I’ve fallen out with my Mum’s side of the family if this helps)
In all of my dreams, theres been a young black girl wearing a flowery dress and her hair tied up sitting at a computer in the background.
I’ve woken up in the position in the dream. Like as if I was holding the Nail Polish Container in one hand, and the brush/lid in the other.
Anyone know what this could mean? Thankyou.
i’m experiencing the same since last week.
i just wake up and wake up and wake up. i don’t know how many times in one night.
and in the short time i’m lightly asleep, i’m just seeing things. nothing i can remember. just pictures, movements,..
it’s horrible!
about me i think it’s bc of hard time i had and too much tension in life.
and the most reason is bc i’m at home much time.
so if you stay at same place during day, try to go to new places. and find a way to relax.
i’m not agree with drinking tea before sleep. hot milk maybe help.
