Berry Spoon
Am I going to gain weight with this Eating?
Okay i’m trying to gain weight
I ate instant Oatmeal with Cereal on top
than worked out for 2 hours
Then i had a carmel Frapp-achino
and some sugar peas
Than i had a t.v dinner that was 330 calories and A bowl of vegetables
then i had some Ice Cream with berries on top
and just now i had a spoon full of whey Protein.
When i weighed myself this morning i was 88 and 5’4
Rough estimate of the calories you ate is about 1400. It’s not enough to gain weight, I think. It’s what most people eat when they’re trying to lose, and on top of that you had 2 hours of exercise. I would like to suggest some additions to what you ate today:
Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled, boiled, fried, whatever), and stir a spoonful of peanut butter into your oatmeal, and some honey too
Snack: the frappachino and peas are fine, but are not a meal, which brings me to …
LUNCH: A carton of yogurt (flavored, plain, whatever kind you like) sprinkled with nuts+ a sandwich (whole grain bread, turkey, tuna, ham, avocado and cheese, chicken, peanut butter … there are so many great options) + fruit
I think those kinds of additions will help you gain, and they’re still healthy foods.
